Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nogramix website and game. By using Nogramix you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Nogramix is
Nogramix is a browser-based Nonogram (picture logic / Picross) game with hand-designed puzzles and painted worlds. You may play as a guest without creating an account. An optional account may be offered so progress can sync across devices when account services are enabled for a deployment.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement in your country to use Nogramix. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and our Privacy Policy with you.
3. Guest play and accounts
- Guests. You can start playing immediately. Progress and preferences for guest play are stored in your browser on the device you use. Clearing site data, switching browsers or devices, or using private browsing can erase that progress.
- Optional accounts. When account services are configured, you may create an account with email and password or sign in with Google. Accounts are for convenience and sync — they are not required to unlock Spring Forest or to play.
- When accounts are unavailable. If account services are not active on a deployment, Sign Up and Log In will say so. Guest play continues to work.
- You are responsible for keeping any password you set confidential and for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attack, disrupt or overload the service, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Scrape, harvest or mass-download content in a way that harms the service or other players.
- Misrepresent your identity when using account features, or abuse password-reset or auth flows.
- Use Nogramix for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Intellectual property
Nogramix, including its puzzles, artwork, writing, trademarks, software and brand, is owned by Nogramix or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from our content except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.
6. Progress, saves and offline use
Guest progress is local to your browser unless and until you successfully link an account and cloud sync is available. After loading, parts of the app may work offline via the browser’s installable / cached shell; online features (including account sync) need a network connection and working account services.
7. Third-party services
When account services are enabled, authentication and cloud progress may be provided through third-party infrastructure (for example Supabase and Google sign-in). Those providers’ terms may also apply to the parts of the service they operate. See the Privacy Policy for how that relates to your data.
8. Disclaimer
Nogramix is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for calm, correct puzzles and a stable experience, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, that every feature will be available in every deployment, or that the service will meet every expectation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nogramix and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted on this page.
